Itcan be used only in the save that it’s earned (New Game +) or any New Game +’s created using it. In order to get the Mythical Warrior outfit, you need to just complete the story in New Game

Useleather, iron and titanium to make your weapons stronger. Use nickel and tungsten ingots to add more upgrade slots. Use runes to add more abilities to the weapons. Basically the weapons and armor you start the game with are still equally as usable 300 levels later. The only differences is that each weapon has specific abilities.saoWal.
